Credit Card<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n For payment by credit card please use the\u00a0Online Payment System. The system is accessible with the password that you received upon registration. Bank Transfer<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Please note that ONLY EURO payments by bank transfer will only be accepted by \u00a0May 01, 2026<\/b>. The payer pays the bank charges of their bank, and the beneficiary pays the charges of their bank if any.<\/span><\/p>\n *E-session \/ E-Poster<\/strong>\u00a0is generally reserved for participant unable to join us at the venue for any reasons, such as visa issues, health issues, or other.\u00a0Those who are not attending the conference physically but willing to publish their research abstract in the conference proceedings they can register under this category. All the registered e-posters (PDF) would be electronically displayed in the conference book.\u00a0 (\u00a0E-session \/ E-Poster Fee :\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>\u20ac150 )<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n<\/div>\n Who can register as Accompanying Persons? <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Accompanying Persons are those who accompany the participants at the conference who may be either a spouse\/family partner and\/or a son\/daughter can register under this category. Please note that business partners do not qualify as Accompanying Persons and are not allowed to register as an Accompanying Person.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n Cancellations And Refunds<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n The Conference Secretariat must be notified in writing by e-mail (contact@daahk.org<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>) about the cancellation of the registration. Telephone cancellation will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Conference.<\/span><\/p>\n The following cancellation conditions apply:<\/span><\/p>\n Any cancellation received before\u00a0 01 December 2025 <\/strong>will be entitled totally,\u00a001 January 2026 <\/strong>to 50% refund. Cancellations received after that date will not be refunded. All cancellations must be made by sending an e-mail to the address contact@daahk.org<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>, for all notifications of cancellation, please make a reference to a bank account, including Swift code, where a possible refund may be remitted fewer bank charges. In the event that a cancellation of a booking is requested, the refund fee will be charged according to the following schedule. All refunds should be made in writing by e-mail (contact@daahk.org<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>) to the congress secretariat. If a change or cancellation made by a participant in registration or accommodation results in a refund, KumGroup reserves the right to charge a 30-60 EUR handling fee.<\/span><\/p>\n No-shows will not qualify for a refund.<\/span><\/p>\n The organizer\u00a0reserve the right \u201cin extreme circumstances\u201d to change the time and meeting venue and dates.<\/span><\/p>\n All refunds will be made after the Congress.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Name change<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n If you are prevented from attending, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. Name changes should be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat. A handling fee of 30 EUR will be charged for each name change. No name change will be possible after January 01, 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n Visa Requirements<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Invitation letters for visa purposes can only be sent to participants\u00a0who have completed the registration process<\/strong>.
